ADVANCED DESIGN

Starting from the analysis of needs and requirements, as well as on the basis of the strategic lines in place and on the projects in the pipeline and on specific customer request, GDAC will proceed to identify the main points of interest on which to build the strategy for the request of the grant or funding. The advanced design activity includes three lines of intervention:

LINE 1: OPPORTUNITY MANAGEMENT

Customer support in the advanced and personalized monitoring of financing opportunities aimed at the candidacy of strategic projects for the customer.

LINE 2: BID MANAGEMENT  

GDAC will then proceed to the elaboration, in coordination with the client, of the technical proposal.

LINE 3: PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Where one or more projects are admitted for funding, GDAC will be able to support the entity in the administrative and financial management that the project will require, as well as provide advice and assistance for the study and preparation of the contracts to be signed.

PROJECT PARTNER APPLICATION

PARTNERSHIP APPLICATION

GDAC will proceed to support, in coordination with the client, the bureaucratic-administrative, legal and financial procedures of the project proposal for which it intends to participate as a project partner. In detail, the basic services offered will be: • Monitoring of application opportunities • Analysis and reporting of the main opportunities identified • Establishment of contacts with the lead partner of the project • Acquisition of the project abstract • Identification and collection of administrative documents • Control of relevant legal aspects • Budget negotiation • Sending the required documentation
